Role at TSSM:

Jane has been a valuable member of the TSSM team since 2023.

A teacher since 2009, and with a specific Physics qualification and being on the review panel for the Physics study design, Jane has developed an unparalleled expertise in VCE Physics.

As a specialist teacher and with a passion for Physics and Mathematics, Jane has an ability to simplify difficult concepts into easy to follow steps helping his students achieve exceptional VCE results. Seeing her students do so well continues to provide Jane with the motivation to keep learning, enhancing and improving so that his students too can continue to excel.

At TSSM, Jane presents Head Start and Exam Preparation courses in Physics and is involved in producing high quality VCE resources used by thousands of students and teachers alike.


Teaching Philosophy:

Jane enjoys using her knowledge of physics, science and mathematics to explain why things happen in the real world. She will always try to put things in contexts that are relatable to her students.


Interests:

Jane enjoys learning new things so she has started learning new languages in the last 5 years.
Jane also likes to create interesting and challenging problems almost as much as she likes to solve them.
