Role at TSSM:

Matthew has been part of the TSSM team since 2021

Matthew is a specialist Psychology and Chemistry teacher who loves to help students develop a real appreciation for their subjects. His enthusiasm is contagious which becomes very apparent when given the stage to teach his favourite subjects.

A teacher since 2016 and with extensive experience already as an exam assessor, Matthew is fully comitted to helping is students achieve exceptional study scores in Psychology and Chemsitry.

Along with presenting our exam preparation and head start programs, Matthew's role at TSSM is also to develop resources for both Psychology and Chemistry that will further assist TSSM to help thousands of students and teachers alike.


Teaching Philosophy:

Teaching is one of the greatest opportunities to have a positive influence on a younger persons life. As an educator "what stands in the way becomes the way" and we should always look to adapt and change to suit students.


Interests:

Growing up in rural Victoria on the beach made me fall in love with the water. I also enjoy hiking, bike riding, cooking, football, and the Saturday age quiz.
