Role at TSSM:

Monica has been part of the TSSM team since 2023.

She is a dedicated teacher who has a passion for Film and Media and Geography, which is evident by her specific majors and pursuit of a Masters of Geography.

Since becoming a teacher in 2017, Monica is keen to help students succeed in VCE and achieve exceptional study scores through her dedicated teaching style and experience she has developed at exceptional schools across Victoria which include Loreto Mandeville Hall and McKinnon Secondary College. Her special ability to simplify complex concepts into smaller understandable bits so that students can master one part at a time is much welcomed.

At TSSM, Monica is an exceptional presenter of our exam preparation and head start programs and has an integral part in writing our high quality VCE resources which are used by thousands of students and teachers alike.


Teaching Philosophy:

As a teacher Monica's goal is to help all students build their confidence and achieve their personal best. Monica uses a range of strategies to differentiate content and help students build skills to help them achieve excellent results in VCE but also to help them prepare for their pathway after high school.

Playing sport including cricket
Rogaining and orienteering. Travel. Reading.
