Role at TSSM:

Nicole has been a valuable member of the TSSM team since 2023.

Nicole has a unique perspective when teaching Biology and Psychology, having studied Neuroscience and also practiced as a Remedial Massage Therapist and Myotherapist for 8 years prior to becoming a teacher.

This has given Nicole an advantage as a teacher, as she is able to bring her subjects to life and demonstrate to students some of the real world application of Biology and Psychology.

A teacher since 2016, Nicole has developed an expertise in Biology. As a specialist teacher, Nicole has an ability to simplify difficult concepts into easy to follow steps helping her students achieve exceptional VCE results. Seeing her students do so well continues to provide Nicole with the motivation to keep learning, enhancing and improving so that her students too can continue to excel.

At TSSM, along with presenting Head Start and Exam Preparation programs, Nicole is brilliant at producing high quality VCE resources used by thousands of students and teachers alike.


Teaching Philosophy:

Helping students do their best and understand difficult concepts is very rewarding. Making learning interesting and fun while connecting new concepts to existing understanding helps form long term memory and VCE success.


Interests:

Spending time in nature, walking, and swimming in the bay.
Gardening and growing vegetables.
Enjoying time with friends and family.
